Vaginal Birth Support:

2 Prenatal Visits: pregnancy check-in, birth planning, & basic comfort tips for labor.
Doula Labor Support: Support by phone, text, or video during labor (12 hours)
2 Postpartum Visits: processing the birth, recovery tips, referrals.
C-section Birth Support: starting at $550
2 Prenatal Visits: pregnancy check-in, birth planning, & basic comfort tips for surgery.
Doula Labor Support: Support by phone, text, or video during surgery
2 Postpartum Visits: processing the birth, discussion about recovery, & providing referrals.

Birth Education
Childbirth Preparation Package: $300
Prenatal Education: pregnancy, baby development, a C-section birth, & postpartum care.
Comfort Measures: basic movements & techniques to ease discomfort in pregnancy, in labor, & encourage labor progression.
Newborn Care: education about hospital protocol, ways to bond with baby after birth, & feeding or breastfeeding after delivery.

Birth Partner Support Training: $65
1 Training session to teach birth partners information and techniques on how to provide emotional and physical support for moms throughout the birth process

Biblical Perinatal Birth Coaching
Biblical Perinatal Birth Coaching (BPBC) involves identifying the untrue statements about life, pregnancy, and birth taught to us and replacing them with Biblical truth supported by education. Fear and trauma interfere with our ability to feel and connect with ourselves and others, including our future children. BPBC assists families in walking in love instead of fear in their pregnancy and birth journey.
BPBC includes information about pre-born babies and how the family can
cultivate a strong relationship with baby before birth. Referrals provided upon requests.
Healthy Lifestyle Education
Learn information about preparing the body, mind, and soul for optimal conditions for conception through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and meditation. Being your best self is a grand opportunity to grow and birth your children in the optimum environment.

Prenatal Bonding Birth Coaching
Prenatal Bonding Birth Coaching (PBBC) identifies adverse generational patterns and early experiences that lead to conception issues. By dealing with these tough issues, the decrease of mental stress improves the health of the body during pregnancy and for birth. Referrals for counseling are provided upon request.
