Postpartum Coaching
Birth is not the end but the conclusion of the pregnancy journey. If the matter didn't end better, postpartum coaching may be the solution for you.
Biblical Postpartum Coaching:
$120 per session
Biblical Postpartum Coaching (BPC) provides Biblically led emotional support to mothers after birth to lower chances of postpartum depression.
BPC gives mothers time to process the birth, confront birth trauma, discuss lifestyle changes, & identify simple ways to implement self-care. Referrals are provided upon request.
Perinatal Postpartum Coaching:
$120 per session
Perinatal Postpartum Coaching (PPC) provides emotional support to mothers after birth to lower chances of postpartum depression.
PCC gives mothers time to process the birth, confront birth trauma, discuss lifestyle changes, & identify simple ways to implement self-care. Referrals are provided upon request.
All services are virtual. In-person services may be considered for locals only with additional fees. I accept payment plans. Please contact me for a quote.
Postpartum Gentle Stretching:
$60 per session
Gentle stretching to encourage flexibility & strength in areas of the body used to care for baby in the early postpartum period.

Lactation Support:
$65 per session
As a certified lactation specialist, I will assist you in breastfeeding by helping you identify & address common issues. Referrals will be provided upon request.
